The objective of the Latin American Doctoral Thesis Contest (CLTD) is to identify and promote the best regional doctoral theses in Informatics, Computing, or other related areas, from a Latin American university member of CLEI, in one of the disciplinary areas defined in the computing curriculum established by the IEEE/ACM.
