Each year, scholarship applications are opened for authors of articles with papers accepted in CLEI to attend the event.
To apply for these scholarships, you should contact the CLEI representatives in each country, who will fill out an application form with the information that you should send them. This information consists of:
a) Full name of scholarship applicant
b) Institution (must be CLEI member)
c) Country
d) Position held in the institution
e) E-mail
f) Accepted Article ID
g) Title of accepted article
h) In case of having participated as evaluator in the CLEI Program Committee in previous years, indicate
i) Briefly state why you think you should receive funding for this CLEI.
h) Amount of subsidy requested (in US$)
Each year a deadline will be set for the submission of Scholarship applications.
The Executive Committee has sent to the representatives of the member Universities and to the representatives of the countries the convocation with the request that they disseminate it in their universities, so that the authors with accepted papers may be informed.
