  • The President of CLEI
  • A member of the Steering Committee who does not belong to the Executive Committee.
  • A member external to the Steering Committee, but appointed by the Steering Committee.

The commission is elected during the CLEI Conference held prior to the year in which the award is granted.

S2 The final selection shall be made by the Steering Committee, which shall decide among the nominees in a virtual vote to be held in the following month. The voting will be carried out as follows:

    • First round: voting for one of the nominees or a blank ballot. If no candidate reaches the necessary votes to have an absolute majority over the number of possible votes, a second round will be held.
