- Authors of articles that will be published at CLEI, LACLO and OntoBras must pay Full Registration fee.
- Full Registration allows publication of up to two articles at CLEI, LACLO or ONTOBRAS and admission to all keynote speechs and events (incluindo satellite events), with the exception of JoLAI minicourses, which require payment of an extra registration fee.
- Authors that wish to present more than two articles have to pay na additional fee per article on top of the Full Registration Fee.
- Attendees that pay the Full Registration fee on or before August the 5th. will receive a free ticket for adimission to the social event. Attendee partners can acquire a ticket by paying the student fee.
- Enrollment at JoLAI minicourses depends on place availability and requires registration for one of the events (it is not possible to register just for JoLAI).
- "LACLO Member" means those persons who have participated in one of the last two editions of the event as the registered author or are people from Universities who have hosted the event.
- Please note: some countries require an international yellow fever vaccine certificate for travelers coming from Brazil. Before traveling, check if your country has this requirement. Here is a list of some countries that require an international yellow fever vaccine certificate for travelers coming from Brazil: Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Venezuela, Ecuador, Paraguay.
