General Conditions
Accommodation
- Accommodation price includes taxes; breakfast depends on the hotel, please contact us for further information.
- Tourism Voluntary Contribution (Contribuição Voluntária para o Turismo) is optional and varies from R$ 2,00 to R$ 3,00; payment must be done directly to the hotel.
- Checkin at the hotel can only occur at the time indicated by the hotel. Early arrival will be authorised only if there is an available room and the corresponding payment must be made directly to the hotel.
- Checkout after noon of the agreed check-out day can only be authorised if there is an available room and the corresponding payment must be made directly to the hotel.
- In case of non-show Cem Cerimônia Turismo is allowed to charge for the booked accommodation and will follow each hotel’s policy.
- Cem Cerimônia Turismo abides by each hotel’s policy with regards to charging accommodation or taxes related to children.
Cancelation and Refund
- Cancellations requested up to 30 days before the event will be fully refunded but for a tax of R$ 50,00.
- Cancellations requested less than 30 days before the event will not be refunded.
- Requests for cancelation and refund will be only accepted by email.
