General Information about Registration Fee
Registration as author or as attendee includes:
- welcome cocktail
- atendance to one tutorial
- gala dinner
If the person that registers is a member of IEEE or is part of an institution that is member of the CLEI, he/she will get a discount. The value of the discount will depend of the date of the registration (early registration and late registration). IEEE members will have to upload a PDF file into the registration system to show that their membership is active at the time of the registration.
In the case of a registration as attendee, students (undergraduate and graduate) will get a discount. To cash in this discount, students will have to upload a PDF file into the registration system to show that they are pursuing studies at the time of the registartion.
Discounts are not cumulative and the highest discount will apply.
If the person that registers lives in Venezuela, he/she will have the possibility to pay in bolivars (Venezuelan currency). The rate that will be applied is the rate of the day of the registration.
For the gala dinner, people that register can have guests. For each guest, an additional US$ 30.oo (thirty dollars) must be added to the registration fees.
Registration Fees for Authors (Early Registration)
Early registration for authors must be made up to July 31st, 2013. In the table, CLEI Member means that the author belongs to an institution that is member of the CLEI.

Starting on August 1st, 2013, late registration fees will be applied to authors. Late registration for authors are due before August 31st, 2013. In the table, CLEI Member means that the author belongs to an institution that is member of the CLEI.
