Call for Papers

Papers can be written in one of the official languages accepted in CLEI 2013 (Spanish, Portuguese, or English) and should be send in PDF format using EasyChair. Submitted papers must be formatted according to IEEE recommendations (Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings) with a size of US letter (8.5″ x 11″). Caption of figures must be centered bellow them.  Caption of tables must be centered above them.

• The papers that are submitted must be the result of original research or reports with relevant experiences and should not be published or under evaluation for other conferences and/or journals.
• All submitted papers must have a maximum of 12 pages, including figures, references and an abstract of up to 150 words in an official language accepted by CLEI 2013 (Spanish, Portuguese, and English). If submissions are written in Spanish or Portuguese, they should have an abstract in English. The reference format for the submission of articles should be the IEEE standard (Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings).
• The final program and the proceedings will only include papers with at least one author registered in the AUTHOR category in the conference before the deadline for submitting the final version.
• A selection of the best papers will be proponed to be published in the CLEI Electronic Journal and Electronic Notes in Theoretical Computer Science. For this purpose, invited authors must present an improved and extended version in English that will undergo a new evaluation process.

Also in the case of the CLTM (Latin American Contest of Master Thesis), you must upload the files with EasyChair.
