Registration as author or as attendee includes:
- welcome cocktail
- atendance to one tutorial
- gala dinner (only for authors or attendees not registering as students or teacher Uruguay not CLEI member)
If the person that registers is a member of IEEE or is part of an institution that is member of the CLEI, he/she will get a discount. The value of the discount will depend on the date of the registration (early registration and late registration). IEEE members will have to upload a PDF file into the registration system to show that their membership is active at the time of the registration.
In the case of registrations as attendees, students (undergraduate and graduate) and teachers of institutions that are not member of the CLEI, will get a discount. To cash in this discount, students will have to upload a PDF file into the registration system to show that they are pursuing studies at the time of the registartion; teachers will have to upload a PDF file into the registration system proving to be a teacher.
Discounts are not cumulative and the highest discount will apply.
For the gala dinner, people that register can have guests if there is availability. For each guest, an additional US$ 60.oo (sixty dollars) must be added to the registration fees. Students and teachers of uruguayan institutions not member of CLEI can attend the dinner paying the extra fee.
