Copa Airlines is the Official Airline of CLEI 2013
Copa Airlines is the official airline of CLEI 2013. Through the “Copa Conventions Program”, Copa Airlines offers a special discount to the participants of the XXXIX Latin American Computing Conference (CLEI 2013) and the associated events. Participants will get discounts on regular public prices available at the moment of the reservation over their ticket’s itinerary. This discount does not apply to promotions, first class, and will not be combined with other discounts. Participants of CLEI 2013 will get 15% of discount from North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean by using the code number C5416. This discount will be apply to the ticket of the participant of CLEI 2013 and one companion. This promotion has the following restrictions:
- The journey must be made with the purpose to participate to CLEI 2013.
- The destination of the journey must be the city of the event (Caracas, Venezuela).
- The dates for traveling must be between September 25th and October 16th, 2013.
- Changes made to your ticket’s itinerary are subject to penalties and fees according to regulation.
Participants can buy tickets in offices of Copa Airlines in their country of origin. We recommend you to do it in the commercial offices of the company to be sure the discount will be apply. Also, if you use the web site of Copa Airlines, make sure the discount was correctly apply before confirming your purchase. Passengers will have to present to Copa Airlines a proof of registration to CLEI 2013.
